Turbulence in the economic environment, which forces enterprises to search for innovative solutions, are becoming commonplace in the functioning of modern organizations. The dynamics of change requires cooperation within interdisciplinary teams, whose task is creativity and stimulating agile action. We would like to discuss, during our conference, these issues, which are key to science and the economy today.

The mission of the conference is to emphasize the importance of cooperation between theory and practice, i.e. between science and business. Therefore, the thematic blocks will be moderated by representatives of both areas.

This edition is a special edition, as it accompanies the Jubilee of the 70th anniversary of Prof. Stefan Trzcielinski Ph.D., D.Sc.

The conference will be held under the honorary patronage of Rector of the Poznań University of Technology - Prof. Teofil Jesionowski Ph.D., D.Sc. and the Polish Academy of Sciences.
